The other day we had a large harvest of Thai Pink Egg tomatoes. Aside from eating some in a variety of dishes Kate also made a fantastic tomato sauce out of them. There will be more still to harvest but I think the bulk of the harvest is finished.
Now I’m just waiting to see if our bell peppers make it!
