Thai Tomato

Yesterday I harvested our first Thai Pink Egg tomato. It wasn’t quite ripe yet but I wasn’t sure. It tasted fine anyway. It’ll serve as a good benchmark for the next harvest. There are a bunch that are changing color right now. I’ll have to get a picture of them up soon. We’re also still waiting for the Emerald Evergreens to ripen. I’m looking forward to lots of fresh tomatoes.
