Today my Mom and Grandma dropped in for lunch. They were on their way down from Whidbey Island to my Aunt Andie’s house in Salem, Oregon. They were getting here around noon so I planned a lunch of Shrimp Quiche and Blueberry Coffee Cake for the three of us. The coffee cake is one I’ve been making for years but this was the first time I’ve tried the quiche recipe. I got it off the blog, Turkey Feathers. It really was as easy as she described, quite yummy too.
